We have no control over these costs, and therefore cannot provide any information on how high they will be. If you would like to find out about the amount in advance, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery, and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment.

All our shipments, regardless of the destination country, can be tracked via a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email or within your CALUA account. Alternatively, the shipment can also be tracked directly with the respective carrier using the shipping number.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order does not show activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us to investigate.

Due to current tariffs, our economy shipping option is currently unavailable. You can choose between DHL Premium and DHL Express instead.

Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no unexpected costs upon delivery and your order arrives smoothly and without delays.

Most international orders are shipped via DHL Warenpost. Please note that the tracking for Warenpost is different and less detailed than for regular parcel deliveries.

It might happen that your parcel gets handed over to another carrier in your individual country, so you can also use their tracking as soon as this has taken place.
