We accept returns of items that are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use our Returns Center to submit your return.
Return Conditions
To receive a full refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original bag, including pads, corresponding straps, tags, and the hygiene sticker. If you are not keeping any items, the CALUA dust bag must also be returned. We reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your refund for any missing items: pads (€5), straps (€10), or dust bags (€3).
Hygiene & Safety
We want to ensure that every customer receives bikinis in perfect, hygienic condition. Please try on your bikini only over your underwear.
Please note that we can only accept returns of bikini bottoms if the hygiene sticker has not been removed or damaged. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept items with signs of wear or stains and will return them to you without a refund in such cases.

You can choose to receive your refund via your original payment method or as a CALUA gift card, which includes free return shipping plus an extra 10% bonus credit.

International Returns
We also accept international returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the criteria outlined above.
At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to provide return labels for international returns. The cost of return shipping with a carrier of your choice must be covered by you. The return address will be sent to you via email once your return request has been approved.
Important for non-EU countries: Returns must be correctly declared and shipped (including customs documents and a commercial invoice). Incorrectly declared parcels may be held by customs and cannot be processed. In such cases, the package will not be delivered to us and will be returned to you.
